This notice explains information collected through the public ABMED website.
Website and analytics data
Google Analytics may collect aggregate usage information on approved public marketing pages. Analytics is disabled on appointment-request, service-detail, patient-resource and other sensitive routes. ABMED does not intentionally send appointment-form fields, chatbot text, medical information, names, email addresses, phone numbers or appointment reference numbers to Google Analytics.
Appointment requests
The appointment form collects name, phone, email, preferred location, requested service category, date, and time preference for administrative follow-up. The website does not store submissions in its own database. A configured secure webhook or email provider delivers the request to the practice.
Information you should not submit
Do not enter symptoms, diagnoses, treatment details, medication questions, medical-record content, Social Security numbers, payment-card information, or emergency information. Call 911 for an emergency.
